I moved to Austin in 2015, I let myself go… sinking into the sedentary, alcohol soaked, blah life of suburbia. I missed New York and my friends and on top of that my Mom died. I had to turn things around.
I got some amazing guidance from my friend Layne Bruner and did a 4 week reset (Wellthy Soul Family), quit drinking, altered my eating habits, started lifting – basically worked my butt off while looking for a job.

A Weight Loss Program

During Week 1, you’ll embark on a gentle cleanse and reset, flushing out toxins with nourishing, whole foods and adopting simple exercises to boost circulation and promote detoxification.

Week 2 sees the integration of nutrient-rich eating and tailored workouts, providing your body with the essential fuel it needs to thrive while increasing activity levels to accelerate fat burning and muscle toning.

High-Protein Meal Plans

You’ll receive customized meal plans that outline what to eat, when to eat, and portion sizes. These plans take the guesswork out of meal prep and make healthy eating convenient. No calorie or macro counting needed. We do that for you.

Ongoing Support

We are with you every step of the way. Regular check-ins and adjustments to your plan ensure that you’re on the right track. Have questions or need guidance? Layne is just a message away.

Education

Understanding the “why” behind your nutrition and fitness plan is crucial. We provide you with the knowledge and resources to make informed choices about your diet, empowering you to take control of your health. Weekly Mastermind classes as well as video recordings are available to you to educate and inform your transformation.

Accountability

We help you stay on track and motivated. Your progress is tracked and celebrated, keeping you motivated to achieve your goals.

Can I travel and succeed on this program?

That depends on your kitchen access. Yes, if you have access to a kitchen on vacation. It will be a bit harder to succeed if you are eating out the whole trip

Will my family eat this food?

We couldn’t have it any other way. We are also busy moms who do not have time to be a short-order cook. You may need to make an extra side for your kiddos, but yes, this food actually tastes good.

Can I drink coffee?

Of course. Do you think we are animals?

How much time will I spend on this program?

You will spend about 90 minutes a day including your workout, soul work and your meal prep.

Can my partner join me?

Partners are always welcome! Be aware that men typically lose 40-50% more than females. 🙄 Testosterone is to blame.
