Questions & Answers:

Nutrition: Do I have to eat on a meal plan?

In the Wellthy Soul 50 Mile Challenge, you will receive an omnivore and vegitarian, 4-week high protein meal plan to use for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Clients who use the meal plan lose more weight than those who do not, but you get to choose what’s best for your body.  All meal plans also have a shopping list and a full-color recipe for each meal.

Exercise: What happens if I don't make 50 miles in 30 days?
Nothing at all! No stress. If you increase your movement and spend some time moving outdoors, we are elated!
Real Life: Can I have coffee, diet soda and or adult beverages in this challenge?

Absolutely, yes! Wellthy Soul won’t take away your coffee. That’s crazy talk. 😜 If you want to reduce your soda and alcohol intake, we will support you but it is not a requirement.

Time: How much time will this program take?

We would love for you to move your body 30-60 minutes a day. One mile should take you 20 minutes or less.  Let’s assume you walk 1.7 miles a day, you will spend an estimated 34 minutes a day walking 1.7 miles.
