As the founder of Wellthy Soul, Layne combines functional medicine principles, whole-food nutrition, and mindset coaching to create personalized wellness plans that deliver real, lasting results.

With a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University, certifications from the American Council of Fitness, and years of experience in holistic health, Layne specializes in guiding clients to achieve weight loss, boost energy, and rediscover balance. Her approach goes beyond the physical, incorporating time management, stress reduction, and deeper mindset practices to foster a truly transformative journey.

Nate Miller, CPT, brings over 12 years of professional experience in fitness and wellness, helping individuals build resilient bodies through strength, mobility, and lifestyle optimization. With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and a comprehensive array of certifications, Nate combines expertise and passion to empower clients to achieve their goals.

Certified as a NASM Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist, Nate also holds advanced credentials in applied functional science (Gray Institute 3D MAPS), FMS Level 1 & 2, and Functional Range Conditioning & Kinstretch. His tailored approach focuses on creating sustainable, results-driven plans that align with each client’s unique objectives.
